Shipping at Dewaweb.
AI Engineer Intern at an Indonesian cloud hosting company since February 2026. A support copilot that has handled 180,000+ customer messages, a billing system on the revenue path, and the web, ticketing, and attendee platforms for two editions of an AI conference.
AI Copilot for Customer Support
Moved Dewaweb's 24/7 support desk off a decade-old platform onto a customized Chatwoot, then built an AI copilot on top: a human-in-the-loop RAG system that drafts replies, flags angry customers, and has handled 180,000+ customer messages since going live in March 2026.
Dewacloud Billing
Dewacloud's payments platform. Two-way integration with an undocumented billing protocol, postpaid invoicing with dunning, three payment rails, Indonesian withholding tax, card-on-file auto-pay, and server-side ad attribution, all on the company's revenue path.
SCALECON Jakarta 2027: Site, Tickets & Attendee App
The second edition's platform, rebuilt around one sign-in: the scalecon.ai conference site, an in-house fork of Hi.Events for ticketing with Duitku payments, and an attendee app at app.scalecon.ai with ticket-gated login, referral commissions, pass upgrades, and the AI twibbon generator.
SCALECON Surabaya 2026: Event Platform
The web ecosystem around Dewaweb's AI conference: an AI twibbon generator, workshop registration synced to Zoom, ticket redemption, a gated HLS recording site, ticketing-to-Sheets sync, and WhatsApp outreach. Built by a two-person team against a fixed event date.

Piano Memory Match
A music memory game: match pairs of notes by sight or by ear, across ten instruments. Built in Svelte + Tone.js with a pure-FSM game engine and 56 unit tests.
VISPA: AI Sign Language Learning Platform
Full-stack web app for learning sign language, with a real-time random-forest hand-gesture detector under the hood. I owned the UI/UX in Figma and walked the design through implementation.
Evaluating Deep vs. Lightweight CNNs for Traffic Sign Recognition
Co-authored research paper comparing ResNet-50 against MobileNetV3-Large for ADAS traffic-sign recognition on GTSRB. Accepted at ISCT. I owned the ResNet-50 side end-to-end.
Sanmin Globe: Company Website & CMS
The public site for my father's chemical distribution company, rebuilt from a static page into a Next.js site with its own admin: product catalogue, quote requests, editable SEO, and privacy-friendly analytics. Live at thangchem.sanminglobe.com.
